| 11 of 11 people found the following review helpful:  Too Small for LaCie Desktop d2 Quadra Hard Drive, This review is from: LaCie Cozy 3.5-Inch Hard Drive Carrying Case 130903 (Grey) (Personal Computers) Ordered this over the phone directly from LaCie for my Desktop d2 Quadra 500GB LaCie External Hard Drive. Sales associate assured me it would fit. It doesn't. The hard drive is 6.8" x 6.3" x 1.7" but the 3.5 case (internal dimensions) is 9.1" x 5.7" (too narrow) x 2". The power adapter fits best on the side with the HDD, but the case does store everything. I always use antistatic bags, so I don't worry too much if the metal prong of the power adapter bumps into a port. There is some space lengthwise, but there is a band that holds the HDD fairly well. It is possible to fit the power adapter on the side with the mesh holder, but it would be a squeeze zippering the whole thing shut (but I have done it).This case also fits my older Western Digital WD Elements 1 TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive WDE1UBK10000 and my...
